Habana Hotel Y Restaurante

I had couple issues with the property, no phone in the rooms, and the entire hotel was having AC problems during all my stay.

I stayed here at Habana for the first time and it is a very beautiful and modern hotel. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. They have a breakfast option and they have a beautiful restaurant/bar downstairs. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Dinner options were excellent. Evenings were busy in the restaurant but it did not disrupt any of my peace upstairs! Excellent!

Falta de organización, simplemente no pudimos entrar al alojamiento. Hicimos nuestra reserva por Expedia y pagamos, sin embargo al llegar al hotel nos dicen que ellos no aceptan pagos por Expedia, que hay que pagar en el hotel. Nos comunicamos con Expedia y Expedia llamó al hotel, pero no hubo forma de que entraran en razón. A las 9 de la noche andábamos sin rumbo, sin un lugar para quedarnos, lejos de casa y una noche que se tornaba peligrosa. Tuve que manejar dos horas a Santo Domingo para comseguir donde quedarme y mal pasar la noche.
