all towels were dirty and can even find other people hairs or pubes, the rooms scent were moldy and toilet smelled bad, no soap provided

It is located close to GWK park. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool view from the balcony.

The building needs some restorations and better cleaning. The room had slightly weird smell and the bed sheets smelled a little bit weird too

Loved the stay at Sapo Jimbaran. Everything seems to be new and modern, very friendly staff as well as to help with any question. The room was comfortable and spacious enough with a nice private bathroom. I especially enjoyed taking my morning coffee on the little terrace in front of the room just after jumping in the pool to wake up. Free water refill and space in the common fridge to store food. Plenty of food options and a 24 hour supermarket just around the corner of the hotel.

Every morning I stop by Garuda Park because it is very close, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very Cozy with several facilities such as AC, Smart TV, and a functioning wardrobe, and the Wifi is good, Next, I traveled around the hotel, there were several good restaurants in uluwatu that I visited by renting a scooter at this place, Very happy to be able to stay at this place, according to my expectations, highly recommended

Water ran out for the whole hotel for one day. No soap, shampoo as advertised. Had to remind them to clean the room

It was awful. Very unclean very noisy staff not helpful. Stayed a week had to ask daily for toilet paper and fresh toilet, room wasn’t cleaned once on my stay.
