The pool is great, just as in the photos, clean, cool, and can be used 24/7. Bed and bedding is comfortable, air conditioning is working well and easy to set. Hot water is nice, though at some point it starts to cool down with time. Filtered water is provided, very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the reception. They were also very open to wait for us after business hours and let us in, as our plane arrived late.

I extended our stay via WhatsApp a few days before arrival, and even received the receipt for it, but it was still not in their system when we arrived, so had to book with them again. This might have been an issue in case they were overbooked, but luckily they weren’t. I would say the biggest disappointment was the damp smell which is most probably caused by the bathroom not being well ventilated and the water not running down to the drain. The other downside was the internet, unfortunately. Half of the time it was nonexistent, while in the rest, it was either ok or slow. As an average, it was just enough to read mails and articles but to work with it as claimed by their logo, I doubt it would be sufficient. For important things we used our own mobile data instead, which is easy to buy in this country with good data package. There are other small things that could be easy to add but would make the experience much more enjoyable, for example: the toilet seat being the same size as the toilet itself, having a hand towel, having a toothbrush holder glass or nicer shampoo/soap if providing such.

Bad smell in lobby, like have musty smell/ room dirty/ bath room very dirty seem not cleaning more 1 week. bed and pillow have bad smell (seem never clean pillow).

The outside area looked nice

The room didn’t seem like it had been that well cleaned as there was hairs in the sink and no toilet roll had to go and ask but staff were friendly
