New Mumbul Ubud

Size of room was good. The security was not sufficient. The track doors slow off the track all the time. The double does do not stay on track and the lock did not work. I had to ask many times to bring water and my doors lock needed to be fixed about 3-4 times for a shot stay of 7 days. It was not a relaxing or pleasant stay because I was worried about my safety/security because of the doors.

Mostly the safety and security which is the important in any situation. water was not provided unless it was asked for.

Comfortable room

Almost non existent staff, room not cleaned or water & toilet paper replaced in 2 night stay.

Only location is good approachable to local market

No parking available. It's located on the side of a very busy road. The property is old and has numerous maintenance issues, including toilets that aren't working properly. There is a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, there isn't enough water supply; we didn't have water in morning for a shower. The door doesn’t close properly, which leads to many mosquitoes. We booked for 3 days but left after one night. Overall, it's not a place to stay.

No parking lot, the door and the door key was broken.Towels never changed even when I put it on the floor. You have to ask staff over your request, but nobody at the reception and no telephone to call reception. Drinking water is supplied only upon check in. Location and view are great.

You can not be more central in Ubud, 2 minutes to water temple by foot. Basic simple room , but very comfy. Private entrance . it will be really value for money if not building site near by.

Building site next to the property(june 2024)- that was not noisy but a lot of builders around and view was not great.

Detta hotell överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi bodde här i 4 nätter, det som tidigare skrivits om hotellet stämde inte när vi bodde här. Fräsha rum, stort rum, inga djur eller insikter och väldigt bra service! Värden tog emot oss väldigt fint. Vårt bagage hade fastnat i Singapor och värden hjälpte oss med allt från kontakt med flygbolag då vi saknade indonesiskt sim-kort och jobbade övertid för att ta emot vårt bagage när det skickades till vårt hotell. De är väldigt anpassningsbara och möttt e våra behov och önskemål. Hotellet ligger även väldigt centralt i Ubud, nära till populära sevärdheter och många bra restauranger! Vi är jättenöjda med hotellet och personalen!
