We are a doctor couple who went to Giza for exams. The reception team was superb despite our check in that happened at 4AM. They did contact us a few days before our trip to reassure everything was in place. During our one week stay we found the staff very responsive to anything at any time. The willingness to help impressed at each area. Special mention to the Guest Relations personnel Miss. Reham and the reception team. Our driver Mr. Aymen arranged through the hotel was like a man on a mission responding to our messages round the clock through our stay in Egypt. If I go Cairo/Giza again, I won't have any second thoughts on where to stay. Well done, and best wishes to Azal Pyramids Hotel.

No major negatives i found, but I thought the air conditioning in the restaurant could improve.

Wegen des Baus der U-Bahnlinie 4 ist das Hotel relativ schwer zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr attraktiv
