Espacios de las habitaciones, iluminación, la implementación de electrodomésticos, el diseño, la limpieza. Los baños amplios. Perfecto.

La señalización. Para llegar al hotel tuvimos que dar tres veces la vuelta porque no veíamos el ingreso. Para salir a pie debes pasar por parte del monte y bajar unas escaleras del cerrito. Práctico pero incómodo.

Room layout was great and nice staff

There was a cockroach in our apartment, we didn’t have sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and when we asked the first night as well as three times the second night. It wasn’t until the 3rd time we asked on the second day that we got sheets. When we checked in the first night, it was around 6PM and our room was still not ready for us. We had to wait to go to our room

"Lindo hotel/ mal desayuno/ mala atención."

Es un nuevo hotel, es hermoso, habitaciones cómodas que aún huelen a construcción. La pileta es amplia y es solo para adulto Destaco cocina , baños super cómodos y lava ropa.

El desayuno es fatal La atención es mala, no es amigable. La camarera del restaurante odia ese trabajo. La limpieza de habitaciones es deficiente No volvería.

Clean and quiet

To come and leave by foot to the downtown was challenging. Completely, the hotel was designed to come by car and leave by car. The downtown is just 500 meters away and at the same time you can’t walk because of lack of pathways.

It was quiet and for us great location - quick drive to beaches, close to shops, easy pickup for day tours. Staff was nice, pool was big enough not to get crowded and lovely to chill after full day.

We stayed for 7 days so kitchen was main reason we booked it but it is missing some basics like utensils and pot. There were just 2 pans but no utensils so it made cooking anything very challenging. No pots or kettle so boiling water wasn’t easy either. Housekeeping could be improved a bit as we had to call for towels every day.

"A great place to stop for a few nights after flight as it’s close to the airport."

That you have your own suite. They also had a driver which at the time their restaurant wasn’t available so the driver took me to their partner restaurant at the beach. The pool is well maintained, however at the time there was some maintenance so the gym wasn’t usable.

You have to uber or get a taxi to go anywhere. The shops are over the road, however, it’s almost like a motorway and impossible to cross by foot.
