Muy limpio y bien ubicado, es tranquilo y súper cómodo.

El desayuno es muy simple por no decir casi nada, deberían de agregar huevos o algún embutido. Solo te sirven dos trocitos pequeños de pan, un vaso de jugo y una porción pequeña de frutas. Solo hago esa observación

The roon was lovely, bathroom was spacious and staff was really friendly.

To arrive at the hotel you would need to take a u-turn that is a 3km ride back and forward which made it a total of 6km to take the u-turn to arrive there. Would have been nice if there was an easier access.

The location is perfect — very close to the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot, yet calm and comfortable when you return. The rooms are spacious and architecturally striking, combining modern design with real comfort. The food quality exceeded expectations: fresh, delicious, and consistently well prepared. Everything in the hotel works smoothly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The service staff, especially the waiters, were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. What truly makes the difference, however, is the people. A special thank you to José, the General Manager — his leadership is clearly reflected in the professionalism, harmony, and warmth of the entire team. You can feel that the hotel is run with care, vision, and genuine respect for guests. At the reception, Jaikol, Francisco, and Pablo were always helpful, polite, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. Stacie, with her natural kindness and warm presence, adds a subtle touch that makes the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Overall, Faranda Single 1 is a hotel I would confidently recommend and happily return to. Everything was excellent — location, food, service, and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great experience at Hotel Faranda. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very attentive service. Housekeeping was spotless throughout the stay. Special thanks to Jose, Pablo, Jaikol, and Francisco for their kindness and outstanding support. I would definitely stay here again

Hommikusöögil ei osanud teeninfaja isegi tere hommikust ingliskeeles öelda. Väga kummaline kogemus ja pigem naljakas.

Que hayan cambiado el menú del desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación , esta fue la segunda vez que me hospedé , y el desayuno era solo fruta y pan , en la anterior estadía había opciones para elegir desayuno

Its in a bad location. Have to cross very busy roads to get to the shops. Given facilities to cook yourself but no utensils. Literally in the middle of a building site. My balcony view was of a construction site. Over priced.

Quarto grande, com bastante lugar para guardar suas coisas. banheiro espaçoso. funcionários muito atenciosos, hotel novo bastante limpo e tranquilo. Ar condicionado e todos demais itens funcionando. Recomendo.

Acesso apenas de carro e/ou Uber, que chegavam sempre bem rápido e não tivemos problemas. Não há como se locomover a pé para outros locais pois fica localizado em uma rodovia, assim como outros hotéis na cidade.

The location was OK. The representation was that we were staying in a hotel with Hotel type services, which was not true.

Unfortunately, they had a fire in the main office, so there was no service there for four days and the restaurant didn’t open for seven days until the night before we were leaving. We paid top dollar for the room, but realized that these were timeshares. The manager was very nice, but he left for three days because he had smoke inhalation. Those are unfortunate issues. Nobody had control of. Room cleaning was very slow to nonexistent we had to continually ask for it. There was no attempt made to satisfy their inadequacies due to the fire so we paid full price with half the Services.
