All was good, except that the hotel isn’t beach front. However, its few minutes away with the bus & the bus service was great

J'ai passé un super sejour, le personnel etait vraiment à l'ecoute surtout Mohamed Samir qui etait aux soin à chaque fois que nous allions manger. mais egalement Mo Salah à la réception qui nous a aidé dans toutes nos demandes. je reviendrais certainement dans cet hotel grâce a eux !

Kalabalık gittiğimiz için golf villası kiraladık. Gerçekten beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Özellikle gerek resepsiyon gerek plaj gerek buggy personeli olsun çok ilgiliydiler ve tüm taleplerimizi eksiksiz yerine getirdiler. Kesinlikle öneriyorum bir daha şarm'a gelirsem yine bu otelde konaklayacağıma eminim.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The entire staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to the room cleaner for maintaining everything so perfectly, and to Chef Anil for the amazing food and wonderful hospitality. The quiet pool was truly the cherry on top — peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Every meal we had was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food.

We stayed at the hotel for six days with our children. One of the best things about the hotel is that you can find something to eat 24 hours a day. We arrived very late, yet we still had no problem finding food. The staff are extremely polite and always willing to help with anything. However, the main reason we would choose this hotel again is the Guest Relations Manager, Seham Sabry. I would like to thank her once again for everything she did for us and for the care and attention she showed during our stay. She is a very professional, kind, and elegant lady. Do not worry about experiencing any problems here, because you can be sure that Ms. Seham will resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. If I choose this resort again in the future, the biggest reason will definitely be Ms. Seham.

What I wrote above is definitely not related to the hotel itself. However, we also had an issue with the tour company inside the hotel called Master Sea, and once again, Ms. Seham solved the problem for us. Actually, I would like to explain everything in detail, but my advice is: definitely avoid organizing any tours with them. The man named Ali, who works in sales, is very polite and helpful, but their boss is honestly one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and unprofessional people I have ever met. That being said, if you still prefer to arrange tours directly through the hotel instead of dealing with an outside company and think, “How bad could it be?”, you can at least feel comfortable knowing that if any problem occurs, Ms. Seham will step in and solve it quickly.

Her şeyi çok güzeldi. Yemeklerde baharat sorunu var tabi ama kendinize göre illa bir şey bulabilirsiniz. Lalezar çok güzeldi tavsiye ederim. Odamız çok güzeldi tüm alanlara yakındı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Restoranda çalışan Abdullah ve Muhammed çok ilgiydi. Denizde resifleri görmek çok keyifliydi. Havuz da oldukça büyüktü ve az insan vardı.

Biraz şehir dışına doğru olduğu için rüzgarlı bir bölge ama sorun değil
