הצוות באופן כללי מאוד נחמד, אדיב ושירותי בשעות הבוקר. יחד עם זאת, בשעות אחר הצהריים והערב ניתן להרגיש עייפות וחוסר אנרגיה, מה שמשפיע על חוויית השירות. במתחם פעילויות הים (צלילה, בננה ופעילויות נוספות) הרגשתי שהצוות מתמקד בעיקר במכירת אטרקציות נוספות ופחות במתן מידע אובייקטיבי ושירותי. לדעתי נושא זה טעון שיפור. בנוגע לשירות ה־Golf Cart, מספר הרכבים הזמינים מוגבל יחסית, ולעיתים לא מורגשת נכונות מספקת מצד הצוות לסייע בהסעות בתוך המתחם. כמו כן, הופתעתי לגלות שהשימוש בספא כרוך בתשלום נוסף. בנושא המזון והמשקאות, הייתי שמח לראות מבחר רחב יותר של מיצים טבעיים טריים, כגון מנגו, תות, גויאבה ופירות נוספים, דבר שהיה משדרג משמעותית את חוויית האירוח. בנוסף, מצאתי כי עלות הבדיקה הרפואית במלון גבוהה מאוד ואינה פרופורציונלית לשירות שניתן. לדעתי, תמחור נגיש והוגן יותר היה משפר את חוויית האורחים ומעניק תחושת ערך טובה יותר. למרות ההערות, נהנינו מהשהייה ומהמתקנים, ומקווים שהמשוב יסייע בשיפור חוויית האירוח בעתיד
