Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites - All Inclusive

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and cleanliness was clearly a priority across all facilities and common areas. I would especially like to thank Abdullah at the reception desk for his exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. He made my stay even more enjoyable and is a great representative of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

There were a few issues that need improvement. Occasionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in the room. Although the staff applied a treatment when I reported it, the issue seemed to require daily attention. The swimming pool is in need of maintenance, as part of the pool floor is damaged and some tiles need to be replaced. The main issue was in the restaurant. It was often difficult to find clean plates, and this is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and experienced the same problem. I believe this should be addressed as it affects the overall dining experience.

اخواني السعوديين وغيرهم اللي يشوف تعليقي ترا جلست 6 ايام المنتجع قريب من كل شي في شرم الشيخ وفوق هذا كله جميل استجمام والالعاب المائيه مو نفس الصور لكن ممتازه جداً للكبار والصغار الاكل كان جيد ومتنوع طبعاً اخص بالشكر الأخ محمد صلاح صراحه تعامله راقي جداً واعطاني انطباع جميل عن الفندق والمجموعه ككل كانت مميزه اشكرهم جداً.

الموقع وقرب المطار ، والمطعم لابأس فيه عادي

جميع الخدمات المقدمة المنتجع جدا جميل ويمتاز بكافة الخدمات سواءً من نظافة الغرف ودورات المياة قيام العاملين في خدمة الغرف وتعاملهم الرائع. حسن تعامل العاملين في الاستقبال. والعاملين في البوفية جميعا. المنتجع رائع وفيه راحة نفسية جميلة. صحيح اني وفقت في اختيارة وان شاء الله راح اكرر الحجز فيه ان شاء الله.

البعوض وتواجده داخل الغرف لكن هذا الشي ما يعيب المنتجع. ولا يعيب المنتجع والخدمات المقدمة. وان شاء الله يوجدون له حل.

خذمة اكثر من رائعة وبالذات شخص اسمه احمد اسلوب وخدمة وجميع الطاقم ممتاز جدا جدا
