We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The property is beautiful, spacious, and offers plenty of activities. There are large swimming pools, fun water slides, and sports facilities available for guests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Before arriving, I had read several reviews saying that the food was disappointing, so I wasn't expecting much. However, I found the main buffet to be excellent: very large, varied, and delicious. As someone who is quite picky and sensitive when it comes to food, I was genuinely satisfied with the quality and variety offered every day. Another highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The reception team, the waiters, the drivers of the golf carts, and all the hotel employees we met were always smiling and welcoming. Their kindness really made a difference and contributed greatly to our experience. Regarding the location, we used taxis for all our trips and found them very affordable. The hotel is also conveniently located and not far from the main attractions and places worth visiting. Overall, an excellent experience. Beautiful hotel, great facilities, delicious buffet, amazing staff, and a convenient location. Top, top, top!

The only slight disappointment was the à la carte restaurants. I tried the Asian restaurant and, as a big fan of Asian cuisine, I did not enjoy it at all. The flavors were not authentic and it wasn't to my taste. That being said, this was not a problem because the main buffet had so many great options that we were happy to eat there most of the time.

First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ibrahim Abdelmoneim for the most delicious barbecue we enjoyed during our vacation. He is a truly wonderful person, an excellent conversationalist, and a genuine professional in his field. Thanks to his attentiveness and professionalism, our stay at the hotel became even more comfortable and enjoyable. We would also like the hotel management to pay attention to his working conditions and consider installing fans at his workstation, where he prepares barbecue every day. He works in extremely high temperatures, constantly exposed to heat and smoke. In our opinion, this is one of the most demanding jobs in the hotel, as he spends every day standing by the fire and breathing in smoke. We believe that installing fans would significantly improve his working conditions and make his job more comfortable. Although he always smiles and says that he is comfortable and everything is fine, we would very much like the hotel to take additional care of him, as he truly deserves it. We would also like to highlight his politeness, friendliness, and sense of responsibility. His workplace is always clean and well organized. We would also like to especially recognize Abdelhamid Folly, thanks to whom our room was always impeccably clean. In addition, he repeatedly left pleasant surprises in our room, which was very touching and created a special atmosphere of hospitality. The hotel grounds are well maintained and tidy. The food was delicious and varied. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and left with the very best impressions of both the vacation and the staff. Once again, we would like to thank Ibrahim Abdelmoneim and Abdelhamid Folly for their care, attention to guests, and outstanding service.

One aspect of our stay that we did not appreciate was the responsiveness of the reception staff to guests’ requests. Unfortunately, it often took multiple requests before any action was taken. For example, when we were returning from Cairo, we had not eaten all day and asked for some food to be delivered to our room, even if it was just a small piece of pizza. We made this request three times. Each time, we were told, “Yes, we will bring it,” but nothing happened. It was only after our third call, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, that the food was finally delivered. A few days earlier, we had a similar experience when requesting cutlery for our room. We had purchased fruit at the market and needed utensils to cut it. We asked the staff three separate times to bring cutlery to our room, but our request was never fulfilled. We found this disappointing, especially considering the relatively high price of staying at the hotel. In our opinion, the reception staff did not always perform their duties efficiently, and greater attention to guests’ requests would significantly improve the overall experience.
