The staff were genuinely very kind, including the hotel manager. Everyone was always attentive and willing to help with whatever was needed.

The food, especially room service, was quite underwhelming in both quality and presentation. No matter how I ordered it, I never got a steak cooked to the doneness I requested. Breakfast was an exception, it was great! Another issue that really needs attention is the background music throughout the hotel. The same loud disco/techno-style music plays everywhere — hallways, pool area, restaurant, lobby — and it became overwhelming. It was honestly so suffocating at times that I preferred staying in my room all day or get out a sit somewhere else. I mentioned this a couple of times, but the staff told me it is the same across all hotels in the chain and they couldn't do anything.
