Muito limpa e tudo muito novo

Quando cheguei fui informado que o quarto da minha reserva não estava disponível, mesmo sendo 16:00 porque outro hóspede havia pedio late checkout. Me acomodaram em um quarto muito inferior colado no prédio ao lado. Após reclamar e depois de 45 minutos me colocaram no quarto correto.
