The room overall was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival we were told our room was on the seventh floor but the lift was broken. It had been broken over a week and the staff informed us it would be fixed soon. Me and my partner asked could we be located to a lower floor and staff said none was available. Then another group on the sixth floor were relocated to the first shortly after. The air conditioning in the room was not working and staff had to be contacted twice to get it too work. The room was sweltering and very uncomfortable until the air conditioning was fixed. Very inhumane to not inform prior that the lift was not working before arrival. If one of us was physically impaired this could have been a massive issue.

Staff very friendly and accommodating we arrived on a very early flight but they managed to check us in very early 😊 accommodation very central lovely big studio with all the amenities we required
