Bra område nära puerto del sol

Det togs oss 2 timmar att hitta hotellet. Pratade med reception 4 gånger utan att de talade om att hotellet inte hette lofts del sol utan hostal castilla. En person fick komma och hämta oss. Hur kan booking använda fel namn. Taxi chauffören som vi bokat släppte av oss på fel plats och stod ej på T4 när vi kom utan 1 timme senare.Vi vill ha minst 500 kr i kompensation. Sehr zentrale Lage

Wir hatten das Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage. Nur einen Deckenventilator und ein Milchglasfenster zum Wohnzimmer. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer geht zum Aussenflur und ließ sich nicht abdunkeln, daher nachts sehr hell. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Im Bad kaum Ablagefläche. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.
