"Nice people working not hotel 3 nor 4 stars "

The people are very nice and helpful but the hotel not for me ….. I came to my room at 530 pm my room not ready and not clean I have to wait a hour after long day I was really tired …. The room to small not the I was expected they call the suites is not supposed…..
