This is a great hotel

Don’t park your car in the garage of this hotel!!! Whoever designed the garage under the hotel did a terrible job! The ramp going down was so steep and in such a sharp angle that the exhaust of our car came off! We realized this when we were trying to leave the hotel and drive up the ramp. We had to spend an hour trying to temporarily reattach the exhaust. But this was not the end of our troubles. It had been raining and the ramp was so slippery and so steep the car would not go up it! We spent another hour trying in various ways to drive the car up and out! Finally the security guard of the hotel managed to drive the car up the ramp and out of the garage. We then had to spend another couple of hours trying to find a car repair shop and getting the broken exhaust fixed. That cost us another 100 dollars. In addition to wasting money, we also wasted a lot of time: instead of leaving Santo Domingo at 11am as we had planned, we left at 3pm. This messed up all our plans for the day. Needless to say, we are never going back to this hotel!

I would never stay in this place, they gave me the worst service they only cared about money

This has been my third stay with them in the last six month. I love the hotel is modern, clean, safe, great location, but most all the staffs. Shout out the restaurant staffs we love you, same the with front desk and everyone else. See you soon. Thank you, muchisimas gracias

The front desk staff and all other staff is very accommodating

Property is beautiful, employees are great! Place is in a great area! Close to the malecon! Place is very secure! The only thing I didn't like was a couple of youngsters who were on the terrace, at the pool smoking marijuana day and night, they had no respect for others. Otherwise this is a beautiful place!

The cleanliness of the property and very loving star. I’d definitely looking forward to going back.
