He don't provide Parking and i book that Hotel specially for Parking purpose. I ask to management he directly refuse. I stay in there 48 hour he don't provide Parking after asking he told park any were and Got penalty for No Parking 75-Sr. I am totally disappointed.

Parking facility not available and he mentioned wrong information.

The staff said the parking is full and cannot accommodate any more cars. My concern is not parking available then why dont you inform before hand.

The AC system is very olf and doesn't work. The thermostat doesn't go below 22 deg and during afternoon time takes long hours to warm. If more people are in the same room. It will take hours for it to get cooled. Its the scenario with all the rooms. Saw many people complaining but no reform. The staff comes very late on every concern. The AC is really poor.
