From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of staff at reception, and the one person available could neither speak nor understand English properly. On top of that, they were rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. The reception area was chaotic, with luggage piled everywhere, and the lifts were insufficient for the number of guests, causing long waits. When we finally entered the room, it was in a filthy condition. The bathroom and sink took an unreasonably long time to get hot water, and the drainage was poor—even with minimal use, it would start to clog. Basic amenities like soap and toothpaste, which are standard even in lower-priced hotels, were not provided. The bed sheets were not clean, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning system was outdated and very difficult to operate—I had to call someone from downstairs just to get it working. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would never step foot in this hotel again
