The receptionists were nice and location very centric.

Paying hotel prices for student accommodation not in proper conditions was a real disillusion. The bathroom was disgusting (see pictures) and products used were of a very poor quality (i.e. the soap was very hard to get rid off the skin) and the rooms didn’t smell well. Also, no deal for a decent parking options, so you have to walk 20 mins to parks your car for some rather normal price.

È molto sporco, ho dovuto chiedere un cambio lenzuola per entrambi i letti, perché non erano state cambiate. Erano visibili i segni di usura con capelli e peli. La cosa imbarazzante è che il receptionist non era minimamente dispiaciuto o allarmato.

A 5 min andando del centro, todo genial la habitación muy cómoda y amplia y la cocina equipada y limpia.

The apartment across from ours completely flooded, and water poured into our room, soaking all of our belongings. Booking.com has been extremely difficult to work with on this. We have an email directly from the General Manager of the property confirming a full reimbursement, yet Booking.com has not acknowledged this at all.

Ubicación, las camas eran cómodas pero para dos personas resultan incómodas ya que son pequeñas.. La máquina de café está muy bien pero dejó de funcionar y no la arreglaron.

Falta de limpieza, oxido y pringue en el horno, puertas con manchas, falta menaje éramos 4 y sólo había cubiertos para dos, no tiene sofá lo que lo hace incómodo para ver la tele, falta papel higiénico y gel de baño. Baño muy estrecho con un lavabo súper pequeño.
