C'était sale et les lits trop petits.

quartier pas rassurant, parking très cher autour, peu d'explication à l'accueil, rien pour le petit déjeuner, très cher pour le peu de prestation ; nous avons appelé 2 fois la surveillance de nuit car une fille ou une femme hurlait dans la chambre d'à côté, ceci jusqu'à minuit...nuit infernale pour nous.....plus jamais !

No estaba limpio, sobre todo el baño y más en concreto, el sumidero de la ducha, que estaba lleno de pelos que parecía que hacía meses q nadie limpiaba eso. Un solo ascensor para 6 plantas de habitaciones, en una ocasión roto, menos mal que no fue el día q llegaba o me iba con el equipaje. Algo caluroso también.

I was expecting a basic room with a bed and facilities. Our room was a little apartment including a small kitchen! Windows floor to ceiling! The best part was the bed! Extremely comfortable mattress! I forgot to take a picture of the brand/make. Coleman Court Accommodations were a short walk from the Cork Opera House which was perfect. Shops, pubs, dining are all within minutes. Secure location with a fancy gate. I would definitely stay there again!

Supplied towels didn't include a face cloth. I would have brought my own from Canada if I had known. Being new to the city, finding the right car park was a little stressful. The affiliated car park is definitely a 10 minute walk away. Once we prepaid and we were settled, it was fine. Park your car for out of town trips and get your steps in, in town.

The worst accommodation I have ever experienced. When we arrived it was pouring rain outside, yet at 3:00 PM our room was still not ready. First, the receptionist told us to wait 10 minutes. After that time passed, I returned only to be told to wait another 20–30 minutes. In the end, it took about 45 minutes before we finally received our room card. For the amount of money paid, this is completely unacceptable. If the hotel does not have enough cleaning staff, they should hire more, especially considering the money they are making. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn’t stop there. The room itself was dirty: the sheets looked unchanged, the floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with mold in the silicone around the sink and shower. There were no basic amenities such as shampoo or soap, which even the simplest hotels usually provide. On top of that, the noise levels inside were unbearable. The walls felt as thin as cardboard, making it impossible to rest, and the bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and acted as if they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. It is shocking to see this place rated over 8 out of 10, I can only assume those reviews are misleading. Do not be fooled by the score. Only stay here if you absolutely have no other choice. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs.
