Our room was spacious and light. Tea and coffee was available any time of day, self-service in the kitchen upstairs. Beautiful Victorian decor. So quiet, so clean, and a nice breakfast was available in the morning in the elegant breakfast room. Close to town for dining and shopping. Plenty of parking out front.

This place was a gem! Neil was a wonderful host. The AM breakfasts were homemade and delicious with several options (additional fee). The beds were comfortable, the rooms so nicely set-up, and quiet. Beautiful grounds. We walked into town for the night-life, but several restaurants and grocery within a few blocks of house. There is also a guest kitchen on site. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling thru Killarney!

The property is well-maintained and beautifully furnished. It shows pride of ownership. The owner met us at the door and showed us upstairs to our choice of two available rooms, both more than equal to our needs. He brought us a liter bottle of fresh water and visited a few minutes, explaining where to find coffee, tea and ice. He described the full breakfast available for an additional fee then left us to settle in. Our room overlooks a tree-filled yard with birds singing. It’s quiet and bright with sunshine. It is in town but feels like it is in the countryside. We slept well and would absolutely stay here again.

Just about ten minutes walk from all the options in the city. Very clean, very beautiful property. Friendly staff, did not pay for the breakfast as it was a little pricey and didn't see the options ahead of time so wasn't keen to pay and not have a suitable option.
