Nothing just Lactation was good

Property is 2 star not a 4 star, toilet was old fashion and no hot water, I ask for heating they said heating is not including in this price if you e need we pay extra

First of all It's not 4 star Hotel at all probably 1 star. We didn't get the hot water in the bath and we're told the even the use of inverter AC for 30 mins would cost us extra 1000 Rs. As per the small print of the TC. We decided to Shelton Hotel 5 mins away million times better than Royal Grand Hotel. For almost same price we got breakfast and AC included. I wouldn't recommend Royal Grand to my friends absolutely disaster. I would suggest you go check out their kitchen which is worse than a truck DRIVER hotel.

Bathroom were smelling of the sewer and without Hot water The manager on duty had a chip on shoulder.
