There were no blankets in the room, washroom was not cleaned and drain was blocked. The bedsheets were itchy.

Upon arrival at the Royal Grand Hotel, they have refused to accommodate there, instead they have sent us to another hotel which was not at my wish list. I had confirmed booking at RGH then why they refused to accommodate me there?
