"If there is any kind of tax or commission, it should be mentioned beforehand, not after the client arrives, and then inform them that apart from the tax, there is an additional tax or commission. I don't understand why Booking.com has started this wrong practice or scam."

The most interesting thing is that I book it online they confirm the booking I already call and confirm the booking they says yes booking confirm but when I go they say no rooms available lol it's to Hard To hear at night 3 pm

"hotel was good but they didn't accommodate according to our capacity of family"
