The structure of the hotel and the overall ambience

I got a call from the reception at 06 AM in the morning when I was in deep sleep just to ask me a stupid question about functionality of one of the switches of my room and before this call someone loudly knocked my door. As per my booking I was promised a buffet breakfast in my room tariff but I was only allowed an ala carte breakfast with very limited options.
