Hi to whom it may concern. Overall my stay was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. As i was told that the hotel was recently opened and was expecting it to be very clean but that wasn't the case. The flour was really dirty, mould on walls etc. So can do with cleaning the room before the guests check in. Thanks

"Not the Falettis quality I had expected"

The hotel looked great from outside. Breakfast was pretty good.

Elevator was dirty. Bathroom was pretty average. the curtains were not blackedout ones thus a lot of morning sunshine in the room which made me wake up early. A lot of construction activity still happening. The hotel is right in the middle of farmland and 20 minutes drive from city center
