השהות במלון הייתה מאוד לא נעימה. במשך כל הלילה שמענו רעשים חזקים, צעקות ודפיקות שגרמו לנו להרגיש חוסר ביטחון. הייתי עם ילד ולא הצלחנו לישון בכלל. פנינו לצוות המלון אך לא קיבלנו מענה או טיפול מספק. לא הרגשנו בטוחים במהלך השהות. משפט קצר שמסכם את השהות: חוויה מאכזבת, חוסר ביטחון, רעש מתמשך ושירות לא מספק.
