Location: The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. Staff: The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. A special mention goes to Mr. Maheboob and Mr. Suman, who were exceptional in their work—highly customer-focused, polite, and hardworking. Shaza deserves appreciation for hiring such dedicated individuals. Hospitality: The overall hospitality was commendable. On the occasion of Eid, the hotel provided thoughtful refreshments, and daily post-Dhuhr drinks were offered, which was especially refreshing during the summer days. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Dining Options Nearby: There are numerous restaurants located close to the hotel, making it convenient for lunch and dinner without any concerns.

Parking Management: The parking management needs significant improvement. During my stay (both day and night), I was unable to secure a parking space due to high demand during the Eid season. Despite following up multiple times over 2–3 days, no parking was provided. Although the reception team noted my room number and assured me, they would inform me when a space became available, I was not notified. On my final day, I was informed that parking was still full; however, I later understood that spaces had been allocated to other vehicles. I strongly recommend that Shaza implement a clear and fair parking allocation system, such as a first-come, first-served basis, to ensure transparency and better guest experience.
