Big room and view

Value of money - 4 nights for 510 EUR i'm really looking high end service, food and accommodation. Hotel lobby guy was really nice and helpful, no bad words for him thank you! Restaurant staff - i know they are young boys who are earning their money but no english, no russian (at least boy who served us all the time). Doesn't undarstand anything. I had total three dinners with my wife and all the time they brought food ~10 min gap, i want to dinner with my wife not alone so other half has to watch how i eat. Told them to bring food at the same time but nothing. Pasta carbonara was only thing i recommend. Meat was half cold and pizzas were nothing as they should be. Pepperoni pizza - there wasn't pepperoni, some homemade sausage slices. Margherita pizza was the worse, no mozzarella and big junks of olive slices. Breakfast - very very bad and not good. old tasteless fruits, omlet and tomate cucumber salad was only ok but other things were just sausages and powder coffe. Room - our room was gorgeous but at night you can here upstairs water pipes and drainings flushing so it was disturbing when we tried to sleep. !!!!!At the seven floor coridor you can see big bugs crawling on the wall (emergency stairs side wall and guest doors)!!!!!! In the end i am just dissapointed for this stay because this kind of value of money i really did expect a wholesome stay and service. I would really be glad to have half of my money back because i left not with a happy emotion.

The hotel is fine with very beautiful views.

The main problem of this hotel is the difficulty to reach there as it is in remote area.

Reception personnel was friendly and helpful. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Service at the restaurant was fast. Good cocktails.

1. The first room we stayed in (607) was located beneath the kitchen and the sound was unbearable. We got a new room thankfully. 2. The pool only has 6 beds available for guests. 3. The khashlama dish at the restaurant was inedible and we paid 30 lari for something we could not even eat. 4. Breakfast is poor, dishes are cold, truly embarrasing. 5. The toilet seat in room 504 was broken and I injured myself with it. It is not just an inconvenience, it’s a health hazard! 6. Room 607 had electrical sockets hanging out of the wall, which is very dangerous. 7. Family room is smaller than a double room which makes no sense.

Everything specially the location and the view. The room are wide clean and comfortable.
