Great locations very relaxing peaceful quiet hotel

I like the location. Mariam in the reception was truly nice and helpful. They also sent us welcome drink in the room.

They have only young school boys working in the Resturant. Hardly one of them speaks English. The order for dinner came confused and not in sequence. This is their biggest weakness…The Resturant. We read similar comments in previous reviews too. Also, one elevator serving the whole hotel. This is inconvenient and may not be safe by international hotel safety standards.

Location even not easy to reach but the view deserves

The receptionist or the owner (Demitri) wasn’t polite with us and not even smiles but other people all are very nice - the internet connection is bad

The location and the view are breathtaking. The pool and the sauna were great

The staff doesn't know any English, even the guy in the reception! There are no housekeeping services on a daily basis, but once in 2 days and only if you ask. We found out the hard way. What shocked me was the reception guy told me that someone has to stay in the room during the cleaning as "there are no cameras" (so we don't complain later if something is missing). The breakfast was very poor, not fitting 4 stars hotel. At the second day they ran out of the only kind of cereal for kids and when we asked for it they said they don't have it. Room with a kitchen, without a single plate, spoon or anything. Many other small and annoying things, again not a 4 star hotel. It's a pity since the facilities are good, the view is amazing, but the staff and the service are terrible (and we are not spoiled)

The location was good

The breakfast was very limited and of low quality and doesn’t not meet 4 stars hotel at all. Smelly esp. at the corridors and reception. The staff do not speak English very well. The price is too high for the quality.
