ממש נקי, ארוחת בוקר סבבה, החדרים גדולים ונוחים, היחס של הצוות מקסים, הבריכה והחדר משחקים מושלמים.

היו הרבה תקלות במעליות וזה גרם להמתנה מטורפת או לשימוש במדרגות והיינו קומה גבוהה אז זה היה סיוט.

"В целом отель неплохой"

В отеле чисто, персонал на ресепшен приветливый. Расположение нам понравилось, т.к. нам нужен был этот район. Приятный интерьер, лифты очень хорошо работают. Никогда не приходилось ждать. Хороший бассейн и финская сауна. Номер уютный, чистый. Рядом есть очень хороший супермаркет.

Горничная каждый раз ставила 2 бутылки воды и 2 комплекта полотенец, хотя нас проживало трое. Приходилось каждый день просить на ресепшен, чтоб добавили. Не было халатов в номере. Пришлось попросить. Сначала принесли 1, на следующий день еще один. Третий так и не принесли. Завтраки очень скромные. Пока не было большого заезда хора Нова, еды хватало. Но потом персонал не справлялся. В 9.20 на завтраках не было свободных мест и еды. Хористы сметали все. Стали приходить на завтрак к 10.00 Столы свободные были. А вот оладьи, кексы и т.д. не успевали пополнять. Нет кофейный аппаратов. Или растворимый кофе или фильтр кофе из бойлера. В спа зоне хористы бегали, прыгали в воду, кричали. Никто из персонала не делал замечания и не напомнил, что это зона отдыха, а не аквапарк. Хамам не работал. В номере нет ни полотенцесушителя, ни обогревателя, где можно посушить вещи и обувь. В Батуми частые дожди. Мы в один день попали. Промокли до нитки. А посушиться негде.

The room was clean, with 4 children it was great.

Only 1 elevator worked the all stay it wasn't fixed very hard to carry the baby stroller 6 floors every day. There was a charge for the cappuccino in the breakfast
