The room was spacious and comfortable, looking just as good as (or even better than) the photos. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it, and the gym was large and well-equipped.

When we stayed at the hotel in September–October, it was not at full occupancy. Breakfast was supposed to be served between 8:00 and 11:00. One morning, when we arrived at 10:00, there was no food left and the staff had already cleared everything away. We spoke to the front desk, and they said they didn’t know why this had happened but would speak to the dining room staff. During that conversation, we mentioned that the next day we would be leaving for a trip at 8:30, so we hoped the dining room would open on time. The reception informed us that the kitchen had decided, exceptionally, to open at 9:00 that day, but they could prepare something for us if we wished. Later, we realized the reason for the late opening , the hotel had hosted a loud wedding that went on past midnight, keeping us awake until late. At around 3 a.m., we could still hear furniture being moved back into place. In the morning, instead of the proper breakfast we had paid for but didn’t receive, we were given a substitute breakfast box containing two slices of bread with one slice of cold cut and an apple per person. I later contacted the hotel in writing about this issue, but received no response.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Personal war nett und Hilfsbereit. Spa Team war besonders nett und freundlich. Spar-Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Es gab ein paar Sachen zur Auswahl, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Essen war nicht beschriftet, sodass ich fragen musste, um genau zu erfahren, was enthalten war. Der Blick vom Balkon war nicht besonders schön, aber das war für mich trotzdem in Ordnung.
