Excellent location, near to the sea and restaurants. Easy access with codes sent over e-mail. Quiet enough given it is on Allenby with forever construction nearby on the light rail below and at neighbouring buildings.

I could suggest bed lamps as a great addition

המרפסת הייתה לכיוון מקום מכוער ובבניה, וככה היה מכל עבריה של הדירה. חבל שלא רואים את זה בטרליון תמונות שפרסמתם או לפחות הייתם מעדכנים על זה. סביר מאוד שלא היינו בוחרים בדירה הזאת אם היינו יודעים.

The best we’ve seen so far in Tel Aviv. New apartment in a new building, spotless, large, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, very close to the beach.

This is a new building and very cloth to the beach, cafe for breakfast, small supermarket. The staff was friendly, helpful, and solved part of the issues we had during our stay. We are grateful to Olga from client service. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. There is a nice guy from cleaning service and we were glad when it was his shift. Very nice there is a combination lock on the door downstairs and to the flats of "Homy", very useful and easy to use

We stayed for three weeks and really got to experience all the facilities of Apartment No. 18 on the 3rd floor. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a nice balcony — although the view is of another building, the street is fairly quiet (as quiet as it can be in Tel Aviv). However, we noticed that some basic cleaning items were missing, such as a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, cleaning cloths, and kitchen towels. These would be very helpful for guests staying for a longer period. Also we would recommend to buy new towels and to provide desk lamps in bedroom and any kind of furniture at the hallway and corridor there is no clothes hooks on the entrance to chair or any noun at the apartment, very cheap tea and coffee capsules for 2 days even you stay 20, no tablets for washing machine or dishwasher.

L’Emplacement parfait et la gentillesse du personnel surtout ! Ils sont très réactif via le whatsapp , ils nous ont donné l’appartement 1h plus tôt et ils nous ont gardé les valises le jours de départ ! Merci !!

Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable mais pour les enfants ça allait !

Nous avons adoré la localisation juste à deux pas de la plage et à côté de pleins de commerce. Vous avez tous ce dont il faut dans le coin. C’était parfait pour un séjour en famille avec un enfant d’un an et demi. L’appartement était magnifique, spacieux et confortable. J’ai également était surprise par la propreté .

Les seuls petits bémol que j’aurais à suggérer c’est de rajouter un peu plus d’équipement pour l’entretien et pour la cuisine. Mais en dehors de ça rien à redire je pense même y retourner!

Personalen på Homy är omöjliga att nå. När de behöver uppgifter från dig så ringer de gärna. Om du behöver något är det endast genom anonyma människor som endast kan texta och vägrar svara på telefon. Enligt min mening ett både oförskämt och arrogant förhållningssätt.
