Great apartment and well equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony.

Neat and clean with well equipped kitchen facilities... perfect location with all amenities nearby.

The geyser was not functional....television picture quality is a bit annoying...

Lovely apartment! Super clean, friendly staff, 2 min walk from the beach

We had an incredible stay with HOMY. There is a lot to like about this apartment. It is fully furnished, clean, located in an excellent area, and it is easy and quick to enter independently. This is the perfect way to spend time in Tel Aviv instead of staying in a hotel. We will surely want to stay this way every time we visit the city from now on.

:) The short amount of time we've been there

The apartment is well kept, has most of the amenities that we needed and the location was perfect. It had a nice little balcony with a view of the sea. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was large enough for us to manage all of our preparations. The furniture was comfortable and the living room couch folds out into a bed, if necessary.

I requested early check it, and was told the host would let me know only on the day of arrival. However, I was never notified whether I could check in early or not. In addition, I received several notifications regarding arrival at the property (SMS, email, WhatsApp) and multiple notifications from each media. First, I find it annoying receiving the same message multiple times (not necessarily knowing before I read the message, that is was the same message as before). But also, each message referred to the "code below", and there was no "code below". When I inquired whether there was something missing, they said I would receive the door entry code on the day of arrival, despite multiple messages referring to the "code below". I don't recall when the door entry code was sent to me, but it was certainly not before the regular check-in time of 3:00 pm (I believe it arrived later than that). We had to crank up the air conditioning pretty high in order to feel it in the bedrooms (and the bedrooms were still warm). As a result the living room was quite cold. The balcony door handle/lock was broken, so we could not lock the balcony. The handle was loose, so perhaps it just needs to be tightened. There was a hot plate in the cabinet, but the electric cable was all frayed and too dangerous to use. We were not expecting that a hot plate would be provided, so it was not a problem (except the hot plate we brought broke;-)
