תקשיבו , אחד המלונות הטובים , 5 כוכבים 100%, נהנינו מאוד בריכה, סאונה , חדר כושר ארוכת בוקר עשירה , בחור בקבלה בשם Levan ממש עוזר- בעצם דואג לעבירה של בית , חששתי מאוד מדירוגים של אורחים ובסוף מזל שלקחתי מלון הזה , אגב חדרים של מלחים , נקי מאוד , ממליץ למשפחות עם ילדים , מיקום משקיף על טביליסי קרוב לפארק עם אגם ליסי , קניון טביליסי 15 ד מונית 12 לארי, מרכז 10 לארי , אגב גם בריכה וגם חדר כושר כמעט רקים ! דבר אחרון יש קרוב למלון קרטינג ממש טוב מומלץ בערב ללכת 24 דקות 100 לארי מסלול ארוך ילדים אהבו ! בהצלחה

The pictures does not match with the hotel and when you want to come out, you say you don’t want to stay in the hotel because of ridiculous they don’t want to refund you

"זה לא מלון של חמישה כוכבים ,3 כוכבים בקושי"

מרגישים שהצוות מתאמץ לתת שירות טוב בכלים שיש בצל כל התקלות שהיו ,במיוחד עובד קבלה בשם ליבאן ,היה אוזן קשבת וטיפל בכל בעיה ולפעמים ביצע את הדברים במו ידיו ,עובד כזה הוא נכס בכל מקום עבודה.

אנחנו משפחה זוג ושלושה ילדים הזמנו שני חדרים חדר משפחה וחדר זוגי ,ביקשתי בהזמנה שהחדרים יהיו צמודים או לפחות באותה קומה ,קיבלנו שני חדרים בקומות שונות לאחר התדיינות רבה בנושא סיכמנו שניתן להם זמן להתארגן עד מחר במלון ואז יעבירו איתנו ,כשעלינו לחדר הילדים גילינו נזילה בחדר המקלחת ביקשנו פתרון ואז החליטו לתת לנו שני חדרים צמודים באותו חדר,פלא איך פתאום יש חדרים פנויים . ארוחה הבוקר קבועה ללא שינויים ביום הראשון ביקשנו שיכינו לנו חביתה ואכן עשו בשאר הימים העובדות סירבו מהסיבה כי המלון עמוס ולא יכולים להכין חביתות ,זה היה ממש מאכזב למלון 5 כוכבים . ניקיון יום כן ויום לא ,ואם לא מבקשים לא מנקים. רחוק מאוד מהמרכז בלי רכב קשה מאוד להסתדר . הסאונה והג׳קוזי עבדו רק ביום הראשון שאר הימים הג׳קוזי לא עבדה הטענה שהיא תקולה ולא טרחו לתקן ,הסאונה צריכים לבקש על מנת שידליקו אותה .

Struttura nuova e curata. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile alle richieste dei clienti. Camere pulite e materassi comodissimi. La piscina è fantastica, sauna, bagno turco e palestra completano l’ottima offerta servizi !

La posizione elevata consente una bella vista della città ma è un po’ scomodo raggiungere il centro città con i mezzi pubblici. Si consigliano i taxi bolt (economici) o il noleggio di un’auto.
