гостиница очень красивая, но не удобная в плане того что нет съезда для чемоданов и для колясок .

Гостинница красивая !Но очень много минусов на которые даже при такой красоте нельзя закрыть глаза .Первое заселение ночью долго ждали администратор а ,персонал не приветлив,не знают что есть вокруг гостинницы ,второе не знание русского языка (хотя у них чётко написано, что персонал говорит на русском )3 не было халатов тапочек ,зубных щёток и пасты..в ванной 4 нет горячей воды,это был шок нужно было звонить на рецепшн и просить что бы они включили воду и мы ждали 10-15мин пока нагреется вода,после нужно было воду открыть и опять ждать минут 5 горячую ...А с завтраком у нас такое было вообще впервые ,заходим в ресторан а там пустота в 10.00 утра ,(завтрак с 8.00до 11.00)после отправки видео персоналу гостинницы что ресторан пустой пришёл официант и спросил а что мы хотим кушать ,мы- а что у Вас есть ..??.он сказал шакшука и омлет...окей давай шакшуку ,через время приходит ,нет шакшуки ...принеси уже что нибудь..скази мы ! (,был омлет у нас ,колбаса ,сыр хлеб (не было овощей,фруктов)из напитков был лишь кувшин сока,и чайник ,чай,кофе.Второй день тоже самое ...Нас переселили в улучшеный номер но проблема с водой так и осталась Порадовало лишь то что администрация решила извиниться перед нами и нам подарили ужин в номер вино фрукты.Мы хотели продлить прибывание там...
