No room services & you have to wait a little bit for an elevator if the room is in the upper floors especially in the seasons.
PLThe Orbi buildings are specifically built for tourists, there's thousands upon thousands of identical rooms, but there are many different owners. Make sure you read every single review of these "Orbi" hotels. We did our due diligence and chose to book from this listing because the host seemed reputable, and that was indeed the case. The location is great, next to the beach. Our room was clean. The host is accommodating, he changed our friends' room without issues (it smelled of cigarettes).
Very thin walls, you could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms. Some rooms may reek of cigarettes. Some strange stains on the walls, but did not bother us too much. Very good value.
