USThe hotel staff, Anani, was a superhost! He made sure our stay was hassle free and was & quick to respond to our inquiries & accommodating to our requests. The condo was fully equipped of everything we needed; very spacious, fabulous view of the Black Sea on one side, the mountains on one side. Bus stops are just the next block that goes to the Central Train Station and downtown. Grocery stores nearby, as well as dining shopping. The beach & long park were close by. Very quiet & comfortable. It was nicely appointed.
A bit far to downtown if you want to walk to downtown/old town but, a good walk if you take the beach strand/park.
GBINGBVery well located. Basically a 7-min walk to the beach with loads of amenities around like the famous Batumi McDonalds and supermarkets and banks.
The elevator system is a bit overcrowded sometimes as it is a huge tower with throusads of studios in it, so expect loads of people around for the elevators. (Just a heads-up in case you expect an elevator to be always 'at your best service' 😀)
NLThe host was too friendly. Very responsive and everything according to my needs. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
