"The customer service was good. We enjoyed our stay however our sleep was greatly affected. The food was good."

Location is impressive

Other guests were making noise right outside of our room till 3 am. No set of hotel authority intervene.

I liked the staffs ( they were friendly and humble).

I didn't like the comfortness and cleanliness of the rooms we stayed. The roofs and bathrooms need to be maintaned and renovated as there were holes on the ceiling. I also encountered a lot of insects and a big mosquito inside the bathroom because of the open ceilings in the bathroom of upper floor( deluxe double room).
