The location is excellent . Rock garden view point and restaurants are very good.

The owner of the resort is worst . The service is not good and owner of the hotel do not take care to the guest .No food on time. It took almost 2 hrs lunch after order because there were no items to cook.

The bedrooms were nice. The location for the view points were also great. Just down from the resort is a really nice restaurant with great owners.

The owner/ guy in charge was never there. The guys at the resort were doing there best but there were a lot of language barriers. The kitchen closed very early, I was not told it would close at a certain time so when I asked for food they said its closed and I had to walk to the nearby restaurant. There was an issue with booking.com and their pricing. I booked a night for $2.77 which I thought was the only price. So then on arrival I had to pay $15. I agreed to that but then had to negotiate the breakfast included. When I had the breakfast I had to pay separately for my milk tea (120npr) even though it was included in the simple breakfast. Personally... if you're going to change this much for a place then there needs to be more effort put in for the guests stay to be nicer. I was also located near the kitchen so I was woken up a few times as that's were the staff hang out or eat etc. Which is fine but I wanted a quiet stay. Over all, it was just a bit over priced for the food and experience I had.

We like only location. Rest all facilities are wrost. Even staff are not responding when we order a food.

Worst Food, staff not responding, Room has no light, toilet has no toiletries, no electricity at toilet, we demand additional sugar in tea they brought after 30 mins. No hot water, BBQ no any coal. I am genius level 2 traveller around the world but i never seen this type of hotel.

The place is awesome, sitting on a hill with great views of Phewa Lake and Pokhara Valley, plus the Himalayas up north. The rooms are comfy with the best mattress we had while at our stay in Pokhara. The staff took good care of us, they were polite and really helpful. The food was clean and the best we’ve had in Pokhara.

A place with the panoramic nature view , good foods and services..My one of the best experiences of all in one in this resort

This is way very good place to visit in , therefore I didn't find anything misrupted here

There was nothing to like except the location.

The resort said they didn’t have the chef’s to provide food after we arrived at the location. Can you imagine hearing that? When we booked the rooms, the breakfast was included, but they said it wasn’t included, later we showed the booking details and they realized that booking was included but they didn’t have any person who can cook the food. so we we forced to eat someplace else. There was no dinner, no breakfast. Bathroom floors were all messed up.

Property is good , loction is amazing but it's 8-10 km far from centre and it's on Hill and road is too steep...it's little bit difficult to goo there ......if you want to enjoy the sarangkot and morning view and sunset then property is good but if want to catch the fun of night life and lake side view then its not preferable.....
