מקום מצוין . במרכז העיר קרוב להכל בהליכה ברגל . מלון נקי ונעים שרות מעולה. נציין את נתיה שעזרה לנו והיתה מאוד מקצועית ונעימה . גם בחור צעיר שקיבל את פנינו ביום הראשון היה נעים והסביר לנו הכל בנעימים. בהחלט נחזור שוב.

"Amazing and very clean, highly recommend"

This hotel was beyond my expectations; it truly deserves to be a 5-star hotel. First of all, the reception was amazing—special thanks to Niki, who was extremely helpful, spoke fluent English, and was very polite and professional. I mentioned in my note that we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday, and upon arrival, I received a free room upgrade. When we entered the room, we found a small, beautiful cake with a letter, which truly made my day and gave us a wonderful start to our trip in Tbilisi. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge, with hot water, slippers, and bathrobes provided. The room was very warm, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved the idea of having a water cooler on each floor, allowing us to refill our bottles without needing to request water. Overall, it was a great experience and great value for the price which is not considered high at all. The bus stop is very close, the hotel is located on a lovely street, near the Christmas market and Liberty Square, and we used public buses a lot during our stay. Highly recommended. Thank you so much ❤️

Maybe if we have control over the AC, and the sink was a bit clogged, but wasnt a big issue for us

Отличный отель в удобном месте, комната большая и уютная, всё чисто и комфортно. Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный, при регистрации девушка Натия повысила категорию номера и разрешила заселение на 3 часа раньше. Персонал реально ценит и заботится о своих клиентах. Очень приятно!
