The first floor bathroom toilet was unable to flush

Shabby, misrepresentation of property and facility, dangerous navigation of 3 flights of stairs, zero signage between 2 identical connected buildings, zero response from the 3 voicemails left to explain an emergency.

-Good wifi -Paid washing machine on ground floor.

-Check in doesn’t start until 4.00pm & no chance of early check in even though we asked. Just straight No. -charge $11.80 to leave a bag before check in. -Photos of rooms on booking site are misleading. Our room was very outdated. -No elevator, had to carry suitcases up 3 levels of wonky stairs. -Have to remove trash yourself. -Portable air conditioner/ heater in the way next to bed -Hot water for shower has to be turned on 2 minutes before showering.

房间虽小但配备了很实用的家用电器，空调（虽然噪音较大），微波炉、冰箱、咖啡壶、多士炉，电视、电熨斗等。公共浴室很干净。酒店位置在back bay火车站附近，去机场有机场大巴$3就可到达洛干机场。入住和退房手续方便，酒店还允许客人入住当天12点之后存放行李，很方便。酒店总体很安静，偶尔听到一声火车鸣笛。酒店床很舒服，床垫是记忆海绵的。周围环境安全安静。

我住了三个晚上，前两晚公共浴室里提供了沐浴液等沐浴用品，但第三个晚上公共浴室更换了三个完全空的瓶子，不知道是前两天操作失误还是最后一天操作失误。房子没有电梯，老房子，有人走动地板和楼梯都会有声音，所以当入住率高时，睡眠浅的人还是会受影响。

It was just convenient for a short stay, i stayed over night just to be closer to the airport. It was just a in and out for me so i was ok for the most part.

To be honest it was convenient for me 👍🏻
