The property and its facility are good. I have no complain about the apartment or the property. If its acceptable for you to what I didn't like about this apartment then you will not have any issue after you get the keys and all the problem I faced you do not have those problem.

This property is managed by online agent and if you are arriving before 4pm or your phone is not working in USA then you will neither call any one nor can receive the code to enter the residential property. I arrived the residential property with my wife at 10am and my wife was sick and vomiting. We were super jetlagged and it was cold outside. I didn't knew check-in is 4pm. Fortunately my phone was on roaming and internet was working. At this property no one is their for reception who can hand over you entry card or entertain you. You need to figure out yourself to call the property and talk to customer care. What was pathetic was the inhuman type customer care agent of Locale property and I felt really frustrated for booking this apartment as these agents were rude and in my more than 100 hotel experience very bad. I did request for check-in at 12 noon and after that I come to know that check-in is at 4pm. Then I called the customer care for early check-in then after 1 hr I come to know they are facing issue with charging my card for early check-in fee and asked me to give another payment card which I didn't had. As a result I had to wait until 4.30pm to get a check-in as the code arrived little delayed. The rude customer care were even so insensitive that we are not allowed to enter the front desk even and rest their and go for washroom and stay cozy inside. Luckily property internal care taker let us in and wait in the lobby and so we could go washroom. If they do not allow to enter then we had no place to vomit or go washroom and only option was to take uber and go to another hotel and check-in for attending nature calls. I am very disappointed with low cost property managing business model. Dear Locale - we are humans and when we are staying at the property for 2wks can't you make small adjustment for the simple humanity sake. Its very pathetic first experience.

Amazing, clean, modern, has all you can need.

The noise (the train is just a few meters) still disrupts quality of sleep..

Very noisy, Caltrain passing right in front of the building; room ventilation very loud and could not be switched off. Sleep was unthinkable. Bathroom not heatable; bath floor dirty.

The location is good. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped.

Bathroom faucet needs reinstalling. The mirror interferes with usage. They haven’t replaced a broken trash can in the kitchen (I told them about it in May).

The amenities were great, the apartment has everything you need for an extended stay including an iron and steamer not to mention all of the necessary kitchen gear.

If you are a light sleeper, the train is loud, runs late, and starts early. I appreciated that earplugs and a white noise machine were provided.
