check in process was disorganized and just plain horrible. multiple phone calls, missing keys, incorrect information, poor communication.

This please was disgusting. Upon our arrival at 5 pm (check in time) we went for our key as directed and there was no key. We were informed that our condo was not ready and would not be ready till 8 pm. Then about 15 minutes later we ere told that our condo was actually one of the condos ready. When we entered our room and when I undid the bed I noticed that our bed linens were not changed and housekeeping just made the bed to cover it up. I contacted the manager Britney and I was informed that staff was behind and housekeeping would not be able to get to our condo till 8. I informed that this was okay and would leave for dinner and gave permission for staff to enter the room to add the new linen. When I came back after 8 pm the bed was not changed, nor was there new linens. As I was starting to get settled I started to notice that the room itself was not cleaned. The floor was not mopped/vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned, there was still toothpaste in the sink and hair in the shower. I also notice that the couch in the livingroom area was also stained with leftover food. I ended up going downstairs to the market and purchasing cleaning products to clean the condo and detergent to wash the linens. When I called management again I was informed that there staff was still behind and would try to get to our condo. I informed them that our room was not cleaned and we also did not have a trash can, still after communicating this, nothing was resolved, empty promises.

It was a terrible experience. They canceled my reservation 30 min before check-in. I traveled from out of town and they left me stranded. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the same thing could happen to you. The property owner was terrible and wouldn’t return my call when I was trying to find out what was going on. Nothing professional about this place. The cancellation was verbal too, never received an email.

We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first day or two till it ran a bit. It’s a very clean and quiet building.

We booked this unit because nothing else was available for the eclipse we should have seen this as a red flag. Check in time was 5pm. At that time there was no key for us in their lock box. A call to their city manager resulted in a promised call back in two minutes that never came. Subsequent calls to her were ignored. Their central customer service wasnt able to help either since she was ignoring their calls as well. Two hours after scheduled check-in i was directed to see if the room happened to be unlocked and it was with the keys in the room. Their was no remote for the tv. The bedroom was small enough that the door hit the bed when opened. The bed was hard as a rock. One of the legs on the sofa was working on breaking. And to top it off, there was a random chunky liquid in the bottom of the trash can. We will never stay with this company again.

Don’t ever book this place. I booked 4 months prior, to visit my daughter in college for her 19th birthday, and after they confirmed my early check in a week before, and made me complete the “check in” online 2 days before, ON THE DAY AND CONFIRMED TIME OF THE CHECK IN, they shot me a text “we regret to inform you that your reservation will need to be canceled due to availability.” It was the weekend of the total eclipse, NCAA big four game and the admitted student weekend of Case Western Reserve Univ. the prices were outrageous on Thursday to Monday in the last minute alternative accommodation. They didnt even offer an alternative. And after they cancelled on me, I received another text “Just following up to check-in on your stay and make sure everything is going smoothly. ” the management and the on site personnel clearly don’t communicate at all, and it’s scary that they own many properties under the same name. Don’t ever book this place. BTW This is nothing to do with Expedia.

The condo was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable! It was so modern as well as the decor. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on! I wish I knew the brand and type of bed it was as I would buy one! Five minutes from Cleveland Clinic. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Really enjoyed the stay and room, but amenities need to actually work.

The location is perfect for visits to Cleveland Clinic. The Fairfax Market below the apartments is extremely convenient and adequately stocked with all kinds of vegan and organic options. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the bathroom vent which made a terrible mechanical noise every day of our 10 day stay. We were shown how to shut it off, but, unfortunately, the fix involves shutting off the fuse for the lighting to the bathroom as well. No one came to get the vent fixed. The property is quite new, which explains the issues, but we would have hoped for additional attention especially because of the length of our stay.
