Please inform Sonder The Burnham in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location, and you may experience city noise. There is no cable or parking. We have provided a Roku TV for streaming. Please note there are 7 stairs to reach the elevator. Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Great location and good value

Could hear both neighbors snoring. The ceiling of our room was unfinished and there were gaps in the boards which I believe led to it not being very sound proofed. We heard the neighbor beside us snoring as well as the neighbor next to us all night. Don’t recommend for light sleepers.

It was clean and comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed

The washing machine had no instructions on how to use and not being familiar with a washer/dryer machine it was difficult to program

"Great apartment close to Willis Tower"

Great apartment in the city with a comfortable bed, sofa, etc and the kitchen was very useful to us. Location wise it was perfect for the river taxi and lunch spots such as Willis Tower, etc. Luggage room very handy on check out day and free.

The shower was below par so that needs upgrading & also the windows haven’t been cleaned outside in years so it obscures the views. If these two issues were sorted it would be 10/10.
