Please inform Sonder The Burnham in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location, and you may experience city noise. There is no cable or parking. We have provided a Roku TV for streaming. Please note there are 7 stairs to reach the elevator. Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Großzügige Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe"

Lage in Nähe der Amtrak Station. 407 erinnerte an ein Loft mit Küche und Bad.

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Wenn man vorher nicht die App installiert hat, kommt man nicht rein. Der telefonische Helpdesk ist mit dieser Situation überfordert. (2 Versuche) Zum Glück habe ich einen freundlichen Hausmeister angetroffen, der nach Rücksprache mit der Hotline mir die Zugangsdaten gegeben hat. Sonst perfekt

"Great apartment"

We had a lovely stay in this spacious and trendy apartment. Having a washing machine/dryer was so handy, as was left luggage facilities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals, with a very nice stove and oven. Great Korean supermarket just down the road. Self check in was easy. Bed was comfy although is on the soft side. Perfect place to stay if you are coming or going from union station.

Potential for noise as you can hear guests talking in the apartment above, however everyone was very polite and didn’t make any noise after 10pm so this was no issue for us. Kitchen would benefit from a can opener and grater.

Excellent location by the L and Union Station. Clean and straightforward experience; good amenities including washer/dryer combo, dishwasher. Exposed brick is always fun. Not quite as impressive aesthetically as the other Sonder I’ve tried, but no substantial complaints.

Not enough luggage storage lockers; all were full by the time we checked out, and we had to just leave our luggage out (along with several people who came after us)
