Great location in the suburbs but close to the Pier 66.

Stairs where too steep and bed too high for older couple. Not enough luggage storage lockers.

Location and room were perfect! Super clean and modern appt in both design and tech for self check in. Also communication is very fast and efficient with staff. I arrived a couple of hours before and they allowed me to enter prior to normal check in and I'm super thankful 🙏🏼♡

The couch that transforms into bed is very low quality, terribly uncomfortable. I'm glad I only stayed 1 night because my back would've hurt otherwise. Also, in case I wouldn't have been able to access room prior to check in, I would've left my luggage in a storage where everyone has access, which I find dangerous and makes a normal hotel look worth it for the difference in bucks.

Gute Lage, einfacher Check-In, schönes Interior

Wir haben für vier Personen gebucht, aber nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher für zwei Personen vorgefunden. Auf dem Sofabett war noch ein altes Bettlagen drauf. Das Sofabett ist unfassbar unbequem und nicht zu empfehlen.

Location was great, clean and affordable. Also very quiet.

It is a silly thing, but no sweetener or sugar for the provided coffee and tea.

The room had a comfortable bed and a fitted kitchen with plates, cutlery glasses, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. Also, a big walk-in shower. It was all up together and a good standard.

We didn't like the ladder stair access to the lofted bed. We were both uncomfortable using the stairs. We could so easily have fallen and hurt ourselves, especially during the night. There were only 2 large size luggage storage cabinets in the entrance, and both were taken. Luckily, the staff were able to look after the suitcases for us until our room was ready. I didn't feel comfortable in the neighbourhood. There were vagrants and groups of men around. The key code for entrance to the block, loft and room was complicated.
