The small space was worn but clean and tidy

It was a struggle to gain access. Check in at 4pm is ridiculous. There are no viable storage for large travel bags at the hotel. There are 4 small lockers, all used. Lucky we met the maintenance guy or we would have been stranded.. The phone help service had a challenge with English and the service useless. The app failed to work and the reservation number provided was incorrect. The hotel is right across from 2 nightclubs that ran until 130am with the room being directly over the smoking area of over 50 people. They require passport and licence information online as there are no real checkin options. Within 2 hours of entering my details into the Marriot site my licence and passport were used in criminal scamming. Loft means climbing a vertical ladder into a bunk space the same size as the roof space in an RV. After 47 years of business and leisure travel this would have to be the worst customer journey and it is Marriot, a company I have dealt with well in the past I cancelled my second stay at this terrible hotel and couldn't warn people strongly enough to avoid this totally woeful experience.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht, aber der Hauptzweck ist das Schlafen und das war dort nur schwer möglich. Es war schon ein deutlicher Hinweis, dass es im Flur für die Gäste Oropax gab. Auch hier ganz klar Lob für das Personal, welches uns super empfangen hat und früher ins Zimmer ließ.

Die Unterkunft verfügt nur über eine Einfachverglasung, wodurch jedes Geräusch von draußen auch nach drinnen kommt und die fangen morgens kurz nach fünf an. Das schwierigste ist aber, dass es einen Waschraum für die Wäsche gibt und dieser in beiden Nächten von den Gästen intensiv im Zeitraum 23Uhr bis 2Uhr genutzt wurde. Und um die Zeit zu überbrücken schaut man noch lautstark Videos auf dem Handy. Da unser Zimmer (201) direkt daneben lag, war Schlaf nur zwischen 2Uhr und 5Uhr möglich. Bei den anderen Zimmern ist es möglicherweise kein Thema, da dieser weiter weg liegen.

The loft bed is a crazy idea. Going up and down that ladder is flat out dangerous.

Great value, location and cleanliness

I arrived a few hours early, I knew getting in before 4PM might not be possible. However, the temporary storage lockers were full and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone to put my bags in a secure area. The keyless entry on the front door and room worked 90% of the time but could be glichy.

Location. Price.

This is a converted industrial loft, so there are zero amenities. Zero contact with other humans. Punch in. Punch out. The loft “bedroom” in my room was unusable. Fine for me because I could sleep on the mainfloor couch. For a night, if you’re going to a ballgame, it’s passable.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a 5 night stay.
