Kasa Downtown Asheville

Enjoyed my stay at Kasa. The apartment was very clean, in a safe neighborhood with private parking, affordable and had updated room decor. Staff answered questions that were text to them almost immediately. Downtown was a 10 minute walk away. Best value stay I've had in years. Thanks for offering such an attractive alternate to hotel rooms.

It was close to the city and was walkable.

This place is LOUD! The interstate noise coupled with the construction on the basement made for not ever getting a great nights sleep. They provided ear plugs and a sound machine but it still didn’t cover it up.

Bedroom very large! Lots of space plenty of space for clothes. Cute kitchen and sitting area. Right downtown and close to everything!

Small bathroom and shower area

The apartment was cute and clean. The shower was amazing.

They would not accommodate me to have a late check in and a late check out. They charged for just 1 hour later and even when i was willing to pay it, they still wouldn’t give it to me. I woke up last day to extremely loud beeping and construction right outside my window. I also woke up to a cold apartment because somehow the degrees dropped and didn’t stay on what i set. The location was secluded in a neighborhood and i expected it to be actually downtown like listed. Right in front of the building was the highway. They supposedly sent me a $25 off coupon which I NEVER received. I keep reaching out and they keep telling me to check my Spam. It is not there.
